利用中医药膳理论对糖尿病综合症患者的膳食指导与分析

Dietary Guidance and Analysis on Patients with Diabetic Syndrome by Chinese Medicined Diet Theory

目的调查分析以中医理论为基础的膳食指导对糖尿病综合症患者生活质量的改善。方法对上海浦东某社区中老年糖尿病患者进行膳食调研与指导,并收集膳食指导前后体征信息进行数据统计分析。结果共收集病例80例,因各种原因脱落29例,有效51例,膳食指导后血糖指数等明显改变45例,3例维持平稳,3例略有上升;四诊信息中综合指数降低46例,2例平稳,3例略有上升。其中乏力等级评分降低82.3%,五心烦热等级评分降低98%,两目干涩等级评分降低84.3%,口苦等级评分降低74.5%,皮肤瘙痒等级评分降低84.3%。卡方检验P<0.05,等级相关系数检验,评分等级与治疗时间间存在线性变化趋势。舌象中以舌红暗兼有瘀痕为主,脉象多见弦细脉。结论膳食指导对糖尿病患者的生活质量改善具有一定意义,也为后续以中医理论为基础的糖尿病研究提供一定依据。

Objective to research the analysis of dietary guidance based on the theory of Chinese medicine on patients with diabetic syndrome＇s life quality survey. Methods dietary investigation and guidance to elderly patients with diabetes in a community of Shanghai Pudong , and collected the dietary guidance before and after the sign information for statistical data analysis. Results a total of 80 cases of patients, because of various reasons fall off in 29 cases, effective in 51 cases, dietary guidance after the glycemic index and obvious changes in 45 cases, 3 cases remained stable, 3 cases increased slightly; comprehensive index of four diagnostic information decreased in 46 patients, 2 cases of stable, 3 cases rising slightly. The fatigue score decreased by 82.3 %, five frustrating heat rating decreased 98 %, two eyes dry rating decreased 84.3 %, mouth pain score decreased by 74.5 %, 84.3 % reduction in pruritus score. Chi - square test P 〈 0. 05, rank correlation coefficient test, there exists a linear trend of grade and treatment time. The tongue was dark red with bruises, pulse was slim as string. Conclusion dietary guidance has certain significance on the quality of life of the patients, and also provide a basis for subsequent diabetes research based on the theory of Chinese medicine.
