30年间老中医治疗糖尿病验案104例处方分析

目的探求糖尿病处方治法规律,用药特点以及南北用药差异,为临床治疗糖尿病提供用药参考。方法搜集九十年代以前30年老中医治疗糖尿病验案文献,对其进行分析研究。结果归纳总结出了糖尿病处方用药规律及南北用药初步差异。结论验案中老中医常用补气健脾,清热滋阴为基本治法;其用药,补气健脾以山药、黄芪为先,滋阴清热常以生地、麦冬、天花粉、石膏、知母并用,血瘀则不离丹参、丹皮;至于南北用药差异,北方重于滋阴清热,南方偏于健脾除湿。

Objective To explore the prescription treatment of diabetes, medication characteristics and the North - South variations, provided the reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes drugs. Methods Collected ninety years before, traditional Chinese medicine doctors of 30 years in treating diabetic test cases document, carries on the analysis. Resuits Summarized the law of prescription drugs and the North - South diabetes medication initial differences. Conclusion the test case in the old Chinese medicine used Spleen Qi, clearing heat and nourishing Yin is the basic treating method; medication, tonifying qi and invigorating spleen using Shanyao, Huangqi first, nourishing yin and clearing heat often using Shengdi, Maidong, Tian Huafen, Shigao, and Zhimu, blood stasis, can not put Danshen and Danpi away; as for civil use difference, north prefer nourishing yin and clearing heat, south prefer invigorating spleen and resolving dampness.
