摘要
捕鱼抛网器针对传统捕鱼抛网作业繁杂、劳动强度大、效率低下等缺点而设计,制定了基于拉瓦尔管的捕鱼抛网器的整体设计方案,包括捕鱼抛网器的总体设计,拉瓦尔管、抛射头、发射管、储气罐、可调节支架、发射球阀的结构设计;通过三维软件对作品结构性能进行了模拟分析,实验结果表明该抛网器抛射距离最远可达100m。
To avoid complex, labor - intensive or low efficient operation in the traditional fishing cast net implement, this fishing east net implement develops the structural design based on Laval tube. The design includes overall design, structure design of the Laval tube, the project head, the launch tube, the gas tank, the adjustable stand and the launch ball valve. Structural properties of the implement are analyzed by 3D simulation software, and the experiment result shows that the farthest ejection distance of it is 100 meters.
