对历史街区开发与保护的反思——以北京法源寺地区为例

Reconsideration of the Development and Protection of Historic Districts——Illustrated by the Case of Fayuan Region

在旧城改造大背景下,经过实地勘察、调研和走访,对北京法源寺地区保护区域内存在的主要问题进行了分析。认为法源寺地区保护与改造要协调好文物保护、社区生活、开发之间的关系,实施保护性开发改造是解决问的有效路径。

The paper analyses the main problems in Fayuan region based on specific site surveys, research and interviews and presents a feasibility proposal to improve neighborhood environment from the perspective of urban design. In the author~ opinion, protective development, which tries to seek a balance among conservation, community life and business development, is a valid path to solve the problems faced by us in renovation of old cities.
