针对目前电大学生毕业论文质量滑坡的现状,应采取强化毕业论文指导环节,深化毕业论文实践教学改革,加强毕业论文实践教学环节的管理与监控等举措加以控制。具体措施为:集中指导与个别辅导相结合,进一步明确指导教师的职责要求;改革毕业论文选题要求与体裁形式,设置研究性课程,要求在课程实践和随岗实践基础上撰写毕业论文,改革毕业论文安排与完成的时间,革除毕业论文平台弊端;增强质量意识,建立质量控制制度,优化指导教师队伍,加强过程管理与质量监控,认真对待成绩评定,健全奖惩机制。
