社会转型期视阈下的利益群体分化现象思考

Reflections on the Differentiation Phenomenon of Interest Groups from the Perspective of Social Transition Period

改革开放以来,随着经济、政治体制变革的深入和市场经济的不断发展,我国逐步迈入了全面转型期。利益群体分化随之突显成为转型期最为深刻的变化。在转型的剧变下,利益群体分化对当下的中国社会呈现出显著的双重影响。面对这些困境,党和政府应通过如下对策化解危机:其一,大力发展社会生产力,逐渐缩小贫富差距;其二,畅通利益表达渠道,扩大公民有序政治参与;其三,构建利益均衡机制、促进分配更加公正合理;其四,建立利益导向机制,树立正确的价值观。

Since the reform and opening up, China has entered into a comprehensive transition period with the further reform of economic, political system and development of market economy. The differentiation of interest groups has also gradually been an important phenomenon during this period. Under such situation, it has obvious effects on society. Facing these difficult problems, party and government should tackle with them： firstly, develop productive forces; secondly, unblocked interest expressing channel; thirdly, structure interest balance mechanism; fourthly, build interest guiding mechanism.
