幼儿教师生活满意度、应对方式与知觉压力关系的研究 被引量:4

A Study on the Relationship Among Life Satisfaction, Coping Style and Perceived Stress for Kindergarten Teachers

摘要 本研究采用知觉压力量表(CPSS)、生活满意度指数A量表(LSIA)、简易应付量表对253名幼儿教师进行了调查研究,探讨幼儿教师的生活满意度、应对方式与知觉压力之间的关系。结果表明:不同年龄、婚姻状态的幼儿教师其知觉压力、生活满意度水平具有明显的差异;生活满意度与积极的应对方式对幼儿教师的知觉压力水平具有显著的负向预测作用;积极应对方式在生活满意度与知觉压力水平之间起部分中介作用。因而,提高生活满意度,采用积极的应对方式能够降低幼儿教师的知觉压力水平。 To investigate the relationship among kindergarten teachers, life satisfaction, coping style and perceived stress, 253 kindergarten teachers were assessed with the "Life Satisfaction Index A", the "Coping Style Scale" and the "Perceived Stress Scale". We found there existing significant differences between kindergarten teachers, life satisfaction and perceived stress in different ages and marital status. Life satisfaction and positive coping style could predict significantly perceived stress of kindergarten teachers. Partial mediating effect of positive coping style between life satisfaction and perceived stress was significant. So improving life satisfaction, using positive coping style could reduce kindergarten teachers, perceived stress level.
