Some Imaginations on Shanghai Free Trade Area

上海自贸区可以建成类似于香港那样的特别行政区，也可以局限在只停止三部法律在试验区内的实施上，中间的跨度非常大。

Shanghai Free Trade Area may either expand itself to become a special administrative region similar to Hong Kong, or limit itself within the extent of just suspending the implementation of the three laws, where there's a far cry between the two, and that which will be ultimately chosen will be determined by the orientation of the area decided by and the decisiveness of the decision makers.
