摘要
及时、准确、完整地收集归档材料,是人事档案管理部门取得和积累档案的一种手段,也直接关系到人事档案的质量。结合人事档案管理实践中出现的状况,罗列人事档案材料收集归档存在的问题,指出当前高校人事档案收集工作存在的弊端,针对这些高校人事档案收集管理工作较为忽略的不足的问题进行思考,提出解决对策,对提升高校人事档案材料收集归档效率进行探析。认为收集工作是人事档案管理工作的第一环节,是人事档案管理工作的起点和基础,是人事档案管理系统工程的重要组成部分,在人事档案管理工作中处于特殊的地位。
Collecting and filing the information timely, accurately and completely, is an approach for getting and collecting the files in personnel file management, also related to the quality of the personnel files. This paper, combining with the problems in the personnel files management, lists the issues occurring in the process, points out the shortage, analyzes the problem and gives the solutions on collecting personnel file management in university. It coneludes that information collecting is the first step, a basis, one of the most parts, and in a significant place of personnel file managing system.
