摘要
利用生物质可再生资源为原料生产L-(+)-酒石酸符合当前国际的需求。从生产方式、发酵底物及工艺方面综述了L-(+)-酒石酸的研究情况,并指出糖质发酵法生物制造L-(+)-酒石酸的潜在优势,讨论了其中存在的问题、反应的机理以及前体物质的研究情况,并展望了今后的研究方向。
Using biomass from renewable resources to produce L-(+)-tartaric acid can fulfill the current international requirements.In this article,the progresses in the production of L-(+)-tartaric acid from production pattern,substrate and fermentation process is reviewed,indicating the potential of bio-manufacturing L-(+)-tartaric acid from glucose.The problems,reaction mechanism and the precursor have been discussed.The development direction in the future is also proposed.
