摘要
考察了轻烃中羰基硫水解催化剂载体及水解催化剂的最佳制备条件。在氢氧化铝干胶中添加质量分数为1.5%的活性炭,用粘结剂粘结后挤条成形,120℃干燥后,600℃下焙烧4 h,制得最适宜催化剂载体γ-氧化铝。将质量分数为20%活性组分A浸渍在载体上,120℃干燥后,300℃下活化2 h,得到最佳水解催化剂。该催化剂水解活性高,对轻烃(石油醚)中羰基硫的脱除率可达97.14%,该催化剂循环使用5次后羰基硫脱除率仍在90%以上。
The carrier and optimal preparation conditions of hydrolysis catalyst for carbonyl sulfide are obtained.The most suitable catalyst carrier γ-alumina is prepared by adding 1.5% (wt) activated carbon to the aluminum hydroxide dry glue,then being extruded with the help of bonder,finally drying under 120℃ and roasting for 4 hours under 600℃.The optimal hydrolysis catalyst is obtained by impregnating the carrier in 20% (wt) active component A,drying under 120℃ and activating for 2 hours under 300℃.The catalyst has high hydrolytic activity,and the removal rate of the carbonyl sulfide in light hydrocarbon is 97.14%.The carbonyl sulfur removal rate of the catalyst is over 90% after recycling 5 times.
