无隔膜电化学合成丁二酸清洁工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过对合成丁二酸新电化学体系的研究,设计了无隔膜电解装置,开发出了低能耗、高收率、无污染的丁二酸电化学合成高效清洁工艺。产品总收率可达98.5%,吨产品直流耗电量小于1 500 kW·h,母液可循环利用。 On the basis of the study on new electrochemical systems for synthesizing succinic acid,a new nonmembrane electrolyzer is designed.A new effective and clean electrosynthesis process with advantages such as energysaving,high yield and non-pollution is developed to prepare succinic acid.The total yield of the succinic acid reaches 98.5%.DC power consumption is less than 1 500 kwh/t and the mother liquor can be recycled.
