阿克苏地区杏树根围线虫种类调查和鉴定

Investigation and Evaluation of Nemathelminth around Apricot Tree Roots in Aksu Area

杏是南疆地区重要经济果品之一，与当地人民生活息息相关，南疆地区尤其是阿克苏地区对杏树寄生线虫种类调查研究尚未见报道。2011—2012年，对阿克苏周边6个地区杏园进行采样调查，依据形态特征差异，共鉴定出线虫3种，分别是杆垫刃属（Rhabdotylenchus），纽带属（Hoplolaimus），螺旋属（Helicotylenchus），其中以螺旋属线虫发生频次达到了73％，为当地优势种。为害程度调查结果表明，粗放化管理的果园发生重，而产业化、规范化生产的果园发生轻。

Apricot trees which related to the local people＇s life are one of the main economic fruit trees in southern Xinjiang. There was no open reported survey for apricot trees on parasitic nematodes in south of Xinjiang, especially in Aksu area In this experiment, the samplings were get in Aksu area during 2011 - 2012, and 3 kinds of nematodes were separated and identified by their shape characteristic. They were Rhabdotylenchus, Hoplolaimus, and Helicotylenchus. The last one was the dominant specie. The management level had obvious influence on the occurence of nematodes, featuring that there were less nematodes and lighter damage in the well managed stands.
