通过冷轧废水处理,对COD、油、悬浮物、氯离子等排放因子超标问题的调研、分析,提出对其工艺进行改造方案,增加处理设施,并对原有工艺中设备、设施进行完善性修复,从而实现了酸碱、含油废水处理达标排放的目标。

By investigating and analyzing the excessive problems of waste water disposal , COD, oil, suspended matters and chlorions , the paper suggests the process reform scheme .We increase the disposal facilities , and improve original equipments .So, we achieve the norm of acidity and oilness in discharged waste water .
