摘要
介绍了利用MSComm控件实现与XR2000皮带秤称重仪表串口通信,完成实时数据采集、跟踪。重点论述了系统的需求,VB串口通信方法选择、数据库设计及关键技术的实现。该系统能满足本钢皮带秤计量管理需求,实际运行结果表明:该系统在各个主控室、配料室、调度室的实时数据采集、处理、统计、查询过程中及时准确、运行稳定可靠。
By means of MSComm , the paper reslizes the communication between the belt scale weighing instrument and XR 2000 , to complete real time gathering and tracking , and expounds with focus on its requirement , the choice for VB serial communication , data-base design and key technologies realization .The practical operation results show that we realize the real -time data gathering , pro-cessing, counting and querying among the main control rooms , ingredient rooms and control centers , The operation keeps in stable and reliable state.
