摘要
结合35 kV并联无功补偿电容器组的结构和运行状况,通过诊断试验和理论推断,对电容器组熔断器群爆和电容器大面积损坏事故进行了深入分析,发现外熔断器熔断能力下降致使电容器组产生故障涌流和故障过电压,故障涌流造成熔断器群爆,故障过电压造成电容器大面积损坏,并针对性提出防范措施,以防止类似事故的再次发生。
In this paper, the colony fault of fuse of capacitor bank and serious damage of capacitor are analyzed in detail based on the structure and operation condition of 35 kV shunt reactive power compensation capacitor bank and througb diagnostic tests and theoretical inference, finding that fuse ability decreased of external fuse causes the capacitor bank to generate fault inrush current and fault overvoltage; the faulty inrush current causes colony fusing failure; the faulty overvoltage causes seri- ous damage of capacitor. The prevention measures are specifically raised to prevent reoccurrence of such similar failure.
