摘要
以乙氧化双酚A-二甲基丙烯酸酯(BPA_2EODPT)、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPMA)和环氧丙烯酸酯(EA)为主要单体,并以N,N'-4,4'-二苯甲烷双马来酰亚胺(BMI)为耐热改性剂、气相二氧化硅(SiO_2)为耐热填料、异丙苯过氧化氢(CHP)为引发剂、N,N'-二乙基对甲苯胺(DPT)为促进剂、对苯二酚(HQ)和乙二胺四乙酸四钠(Na_4EDTA)为复配稳定剂,制备耐高温厌氧胶。研究结果表明:以厌氧胶的储存稳定性和定位时间作为考核指标,采用单因素试验法和正交试验法优选出制备该厌氧胶的最佳工艺条件为w(BPA_2EODPT)=47%、w(HPMA)=30%、w(EA)=13%、w(BMI)=6%、w(SiO_2)=4%、w(CHP)=2.5%、w(DPT)=1.5%、w(HQ)=0.14%和w(Na_4EDTA)=0.05%。
With BPA2EODPT(ethoxylation bisphenol A-dimethyl acrylate) ,HPMA(hydroxypropyl mettlacrytate) and EA (epoxy acrylate) as main monomers, and with N, N'-4,4'-diphenylmethane bismaleimide (BMI) as a modifier of heat-resistance, gas phase silica (SiO2) as filler of heat-resistance, C HP (cumene hydroperoxide) as initiator, DPT (N, N' -diethyl-p -toluidine) as aceelerant, HQ (hydroquinone) and Na4EDTA (tetrasodium ethylenediamine tetraacetate) as composite stabilizer,an anaerobic adhesive with high temperature-resistance was prepared. The research results showed that with storage stability and positioning time of anaerobic adhesive as evaluation indices, the optimal process conditions of preparing anaerobic adhesive were preferred by single-factor experiment and orthogonal experiment methods when mass fractions of BPAzEODPT,HPMA,EA,BMI,SiO2,CHP,DPT,HQ and Na4EDTA were 47% ,30%, 13% ,6% ,4% ,2.5%, 1.5% ,0.14% and 0.05% respectively.
