Countermeasures and Suggestions for Improving Preliminary Work Quality of Hydraulic Projects

回顾总结了近年来江苏水利工程前期工作的成果和进展,分析了前期工作质量管理方面存在的问题,提出了从转变设计理念与工作思路、注重过程管理与强化中间环节、注重行业监管和引导行业壮大等保障前期工作质量的对策与建议。

This paper reviews recent achievements and progresses of preliminary work of Jiangsu hydraulic projects,and analyzes the problems of its quality management. Thus,the countermeasures and suggestions which ensure the quality of preliminary work including changing design concepts, emphasizing process management,strengthening the intermediate links,focusing on industry regulation and leading industry growth are proposed.
