新疆普通高校未就业毕业生内地岗前培训工作,是落实中央新一轮对口援疆重大决策部署的重要举措。本文从充分认识新疆学员培训的战略意义,在教学过程中,既教书又教人;明确培训目标,因人施教,确保学有收获;对接就业岗位,理论联系实际,让他们认识到所学知识在实际工作中的用处;讲究教学方法,营造良好的课堂教学氛围等四个方面阐述了如何组织教学问题。
