摘要
本文通过对大学教师评价体系的科学性、系统性、可量化性、动态性、多维变性原则探讨,构建出大学教师评价体系需要经过发散、收敛、试验修订三个阶段,最后得出了大学教师评价体系应该由那些要素组成,以期望对现有的大学教师评价体系有所启示。
With the explorations on the scientific advance, systematic performance, quantitative principles, dynamic forces and multi -dimension, the essay established the university teachers appraisal system must undertake three periods of volatilization, constringency, trial and amend- ment, eventually conclude that the university teachers appraisal system should consist of certain aspects, hence with the expectation to enlighten the current university teachers'appraisal.
