摘要
高校思想政治教育课实效性不强是一个突出问题,对此现状教师和学生都不甚满意。增强时效性的方式有多种,引入对话教学有助于改变思想政治教育课已经高度"板结"的灌输模式。开展对话教学,需要教师进行角色的转换,创设适合对话的情境,学会倾听不同的声音,培养学生多种思维的能力。
The invalidity of university's ideological and political curricula is a projective problem, with which teachers and students are dissatisfied on the current status. There are diverse solutions to improve the validity, introducing dialogue teaching proves helpful in changing indoctrination that has highly hardened in such curricula. Developing dialogue teaching requires teachers role conversion and creating situation suited for dialogue, learning to tune in different sound and eulti-vating students'competency of multiple thinking.
