国内外页岩气发展极不平衡,美国已进行了大规模开发并取得革命性突破,对保障其国家能源安全起到了重大作用,给全球能源格局带来了深刻影响,而其他国家则是刚刚起步。本文通过分析国内外页岩气发展现状,探索美国成功经验,客观评价我国当前页岩气开发存在的问题,为实现我国页岩气规划目标提供决策参考,并提出政策建议。

Shale gas in America has developed in a large scale and made revolutionary breakthrough, which plays great roles in guaranteeing America＇s national energy safety. Shale gas large-scale development in America has profound influences on global energy pattern. Shale gas development both at home and abroad is highly skewed. This paper anal sizes shale gas development status at home and abroad, explore good practices and experience from America, objectively evaluate recent obstacles of shale gas development at home. This paper provides reference for national shale gas planning and puts forward policy proposal.
