三级淋巴组织的作用及其机制与结肠癌治疗研究的进展

摘要 三级淋巴器官(TLO),也称异位淋巴组织,是近年来在某些自身免疫疾病、移植物以及慢性炎症反应刺激的区域中发现的一种新生淋巴组织,其结构和功能高度类似于淋巴结和脾脏等二级淋巴器官。结肠癌是一种常见的恶性肿瘤,其生长和转移的过程中肿瘤相关巨噬细胞、与肿瘤相关的炎症反应、适应性免疫反应难以启动以及Fas/FasL导致细胞凋亡机制等都扮演了重要角色。有研究发现,三级淋巴系统可能发挥着重要的抗肿瘤作用,如果能够通过某种手段使得结肠癌中形成三级淋巴系统,从而在肿瘤局部形成能够充分启动细胞和体液免疫的淋巴微环境,这将为内科治疗结肠癌提供一种新的手段。 Tertiary lymphoid organs(TLO),also known as ectopic lymphoid tissue,is a new lymphoid tissue found in some autoimmune diseases,grafts,and the stimulatry areas of chronic inflammation in recent years.These organs are structurally and functionally similar to secondary lymphoid organs such as the lymph nodes and spleen.In growth and metastasis of colon cancer——a common malignant tumor,tumor-associated macrophages,tumorassociated inflammatory reaction,inactivation of adaptive immune response,and Fas/FasL-induced apoptosis play important roles.Recent studies have found that tertiary lymphoid organs may have significant anti-tumor effect.So it would be a new therapy for colon cancer to build tertiary lymphoid organs in colon cancer,forming a lymphatic microenvironment that can fully start the cellular immunity and humoral immunity in the tumor.
