摘要 目的观察PTEN、MGMT和DNA-PKcs在男性乳房发育症(GM)乳腺中的表达及其意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测68例GM乳腺(实验组)与24例正常男性乳腺(对照组)中PTEN、MGMT和DNA-PKcs的表达状况,并将实验组按组织学类型(硬化型、过渡型、旺炽型)分为3组分别研究。结果 PTEN、MGMT和DNA-PKcs在GM乳腺与正常男性乳腺中均有表达。GM乳腺中的3项表达水平较正常男性乳腺显著降低(P<0.01),硬化型、过渡型、旺炽型中3项表达水平也依次降低。PTEN、MGMT和DNA-PKcs的表达两两之间比较无显著相关性(P>0.05)。结论 GM乳腺组织中PTEN、MGMT和DNA-PKcs表达的异常可能与GM的发生有关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of PTEN, MGMT and DNA-PKcs protein in gynecomastia. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of PTEN, MGMT and DNA- PKcs protein in 68 cases of gynecomastia ( experiment group ) and 24 cases of mammary gland of normal man ( control group). The selected examples were divided into three different histological types (constrictive type, transitional type, and prosperous and intense type). Results In both gynecomastia and mammary gland of normal man, the PTEN, MGMT and DNA-PKcs protein were expressed. The expression level of PTEN, MGMT and DNA-PKcs protein in gynecomastia was significantly lower than in mammary gland of normal man tissues (P 〈 0. 01 ). The expression difference of PTEN, MGMT and DNA-PKcs protein in three different histological types was statistically significant (P 〈 0. 05), and the expression level of them degraded in constrictive type, transitional type, and prosperous and intense type by turns. Conclusion This study suggests that the abnormal expression of PTEN, MGMT and DNA-PKcs in gynecomastia probably plays an important role in the development of gynecomastia.
