脑卒中患者血清胆碱酯酶活性与1年后死亡率观察 被引量:7

摘要 与急性冠脉综合征和充血性心力衰竭不同,后者具有典型的酶学异常,而脑卒中尚缺乏特异性较高的生物化学标识物[1,2].一些检测指标包括MIHSS、梗死体积、早期神经损伤体征、生长因子等,对于脑卒中的诊断和预后价值具有一定意义[2,3],但是这些指标缺乏金标准,尤其是轻症患者.炎症标识物与脑卒中体积、严重度和临床结局有关联[4,5],但是,基础神经传递途径与炎症反应和临床结局之间的关系尚无定论.炎症径路和胆碱能信号之间存在因果关系[6].
