糖化血红蛋白检测的影响因素及临床意义 被引量：24

摘要 1969年,Rahbar在其研究中发现,快速泳动血红蛋白（Hb）实际上与糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）的结构相同,且在糖尿病（DM）患者中其浓度会增加2～3倍[1].至此,人们确立了DM与HbA1c之间的初步关系.此后,大量临床研究证实,HbA1c可作为糖尿病患者长期血糖控制的指标,并发现其在DM慢性并发症及冠心病等疾病中同样有着不可忽视的作用.
