摘要
通过真空熔烧方法在45钢基体上制作La2O3/CeO2复合稀土Ni-WC涂层,利用扫描电镜、能谱仪等检测设备,对涂层的组织结构以及各相的化学成分进行观察分析,并利用洛氏硬度计、显微硬度计和质量增加法分析复合涂层的硬度、抗腐蚀性能。结果表明:添加适量的稀土元素改善了涂层组织和硬质相形貌,同时提高了涂层的硬度和抗腐蚀性能。总体上,当La2O3/CeO2添加量为0.6%时涂层的组织形貌、互熔结合性、硬度及抗腐蚀性能均好于其他涂层。
La2O3/CeO2-Ni-WC composite coating on 45 steel substrate was prepared by vacuum fusion sintering technique making. Microstructure and each phase's chemical component of the rare-earth Ni-WC composite coating were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The hardness and corrosion resistance property of composite coating were researched by Rockwell hardness tester, micro-hardness tester and quality increase method. The results show that: when the content of La2O3/CeO2 came up to right amount, the microstructure and hard phase of coating are improved. Meanwhile, following the content of La2O3/CeO2 increases the hardness and corrosion resistance property of coating. Overall, when La2O3/CeO2 content comes up to 0.6%, the coating microstructure, fusion performance, hardness and corrosion resistance property are better than that of other coatings.
