摘要
针对00Cr11Ni11MoTi2马氏体时效不锈钢热轧棒材偏析带内发现的非铁磁性亮条纹组织进行研究。结果表明:亮条纹组织没有时效硬化行为,并可应变诱发成马氏体,因此亮条纹组织为奥氏体。用传统的高温均质化处理可减轻或消除偏析带内的奥氏体。与此同时,研究表明:提高固溶处理温度同样可以减轻,甚至消除偏析带内的奥氏体。
The non-ferromagnetic bright fringe structure found in segregation band of 00Cr11Ni11MoTi2 maraging stainless steel hot rolled bar was studied. The results show that it doesn't have age hardening behavior and can be strained and induced into martensite, so the bright fringe structure is austenite. The austenite in segregation band can be weaken and eliminated by conventional high temperature homogenizing treatment. Also, it can be diminished, or even eliminated by increasing the solution treatment temperature.
