W6Mo5Cr4V2钢小直径阶梯工件淬火硬度差的试验

摘要 在对同炉号材料的个体差异忽略不计,其余热处理条件相同的情况下,通过不同温度的W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢小直径阶梯工件淬火试验,获得了回火后大、小直径的硬度数据,并利用最小二乘法和牛顿插值法分别对大、小径硬度进行了拟合分析,确认了其大、小直径的硬度差异,为同类材料、相近尺寸和类型工件的热处理工艺制定提供了参考。 Ignoring the individual difference of materials, the hardness values on the large and small diameters were collected by heat treatment experiment at the different quenching temperature with smaller-sized multidiameter high speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2 workpiece. The hardnesses of the large and small diameters were studied with least squares and Newton interpolated method separately. The hardness difference between the different diameters was confirmed, which provided a reference for planning heat treatment technology on same material and similar specification.
