摘要
针对某电厂电机组在投运后仅700 h左右,高温再热器即发生的爆管事故,进行了综合分析。找出了爆管的根本原因是氮化物和硼化物夹杂的存在,并给出了相应的预防措施。
The tube-burst of high temperature reheater after being operated for 700 h was studied. The direct reasons are the existence of nitride and boride and the countermeasures were given.
