摘要 研究了瓜尔胶改性生产工艺中管翅式换热器的工作原理,分析了管翅式换热器翅片管失效的原因。结果表明:氧腐蚀、蒸汽冲刷及外力作用是造成管翅式换热器翅片管失效的主要原因。提出在启用干燥设备过程中,缓慢开启蒸汽阀门、换热器回水管线上安装放水阀和选用不锈钢作为基管用材,可提高管翅式换热器使用寿命。 The working principle of tube-fin heat exchanger in the production process of modified guar gum, and the failure reason of finned tube was analyzed. The results show that the main failure reasons for the tube fin heat exchanger are oxygen corrosion, steam scour and external force. The methods, such as opening steam valves slowly, installing the water drain valve at the backwater pipe and choosing stainless steel as base tube material in the process of enabling drying equipment, are put forward to improve the service life of the tube fin heat exchanger.
