UPLC-MS/MS法检测血液中的磺胺嘧啶

Determination of sulfadiazine in the blood by UPLC-MS/MS

目的建立一种采用UPLC-MS/MS检测全血中磺胺嘧啶的方法。方法以HLB固相萃取柱提取血样,应用UPLC色谱法分离,MS/MS检测分析。结果该方法具有浓缩富集的效果,使血液中磺胺嘧啶的回收率高于102%,线性范围为10～1 000ng/mL,检测限0.21ng/mL(S/N≥3)。结论该方法灵敏度高,分析速度快,操作简便,可用于全血中磺胺嘧啶的定性、定量分析检验。

Objective To establish a method used for detection and determination of Sulfadiazine in blood with UPLC-MS/MS.Methods The blood samples were extracted with HLB solid phase extraction column,separated by UPLC chromatograhy,and detected with MS/MS.Results The method had effect of concentration and enrichment,making the recovery rate of Sulfadiazine in blood higher than 102%.The linear range of 10ng/mL to 1 000ng/mL and the detection limit of 0.21ng（S/N≥3） were investigated.Conclusion The method is sensitive,rapid,easy and simple to handle,and this method can also be used to qualitative,quantitative analysis for sulfadiazine in blood.
