摘要 本文研究了不同网格尺寸结合ACM焊点对车身典型结构件、车身整体一阶扭转固有频率(刚度)的影响。得出ACM焊点局部连接范围是影响车身整体一阶扭转模态特性的主要因素,为采用不同网格尺寸的计算模型与实验结果建立良好相关性提供了非常有价值的计算分析依据。同时,为各类分析模型采用统一的网格尺寸提供了技术解决方向和途径。 In the article, the effect of ACM spot combined different mesh size for typical body structure natural fre- quency was studied, then the same method was used to analyze the influence of ACM spot for body in white first-order torsional natural frequency. The conclusion was got that the main factor affecting overall first-order torsion modal character- istics was local connection scope of ACM spot, all that can provide valuable calculation basis for establishing good correla- tion between calculation model with different size and test results . At the same time, the direction and the way can be provided to solve all kinds of analysis model using a uniform mesh size.
