商用车虽然在我国汽车销量中所占的比重不大,但随着整个市场的变化及竞争者的加入,也会逐渐进入到红海市场,因此商用车企业应当未雨绸缪,建立起符合自己生产特点的制造体系,这将是加速提升商用车企业发展的利器。
The overall manufacturing system of domestic commercial vehicles sector is still in its primary stage of the system building compared to that of passenger-vehicle sector. This article summarized a bunch of useful experience and suggestions of building manufacturing system of commercial vehicle sector based on analysis of production practices.
