摘要 随着对制动性能要求十分严格的工程建设机械的不断发展,湿式多盘制动器近年来被广泛应用于工程机械。车辆在使用过程中,频繁的制动会导致制动摩擦片不断磨损,致使制动间隙增大,导致制动时间增长和制动力降低等,威胁行车安全。本文介绍一种湿式多盘制动器制动间隙自动调整机构的结构及工作原理,并通过计算验证通过衬套、隔套的长度来确定制动间隙。 In recent year, the wet multidisk brank play an important role in its braking per[ormance set strict demands in construction equipanent, So its have applied widely. But in running, braking clearance in- creased, which is caused by a contact between disks and pads put on the braking freqently. This substan- tially influences the braking time was extended and the braking force and driving secrity was reduced, ect. In this paper, the braking clearance automatic adjustment of the wet multidisk Brake Structure and working principle are introduced, and confirmed length of pad with sleeve detemination braking clearance by calcula- tion.
