老年2型糖尿病患者疾病防治知识水平和健康行为的相关性分析

Correlation between disease prevention knowledge and health behavior of elderly type 2 diabetes patients

目的 了解老年2型糖尿病患者疾病防治知识和健康行为的水平,并分析两者之间的关系.方法 用一般资料问卷、老年2型糖尿病疾病防治知识问卷和健康促进生活量表Ⅱ（HPLPII）对符合要求的251例2型糖尿病患者进行疾病防治知识和健康行为的调查,使用SPSS 16.0软件包进行统计分析.结果 2型糖尿病患者疾病防治知识总平均分为（2.47±0.40）分,为中等水平,各维度中“遵医用药”维度得分最高,为（2.95±0.97）分,“血糖控制在正常范围内”得分最低；健康行为总平均分为（2.06±0.41）分,各维度平均得分由高到低依次为：人际支持、健康责任、营养、压力处理、自我实现和运动；本组患者“2型糖尿病防治知识问卷”得分与HPLPⅡ得分呈正相关（r=0.548,P＜0.05）；“饮食控制血糖”、“保持乐观心情”与健康行为总分呈正相关（P＜0.05）；“2型糖尿病防治知识问卷”总体知识水平与HPLPⅡ中的“运动”及“营养”两个维度呈正相关（P＜0.05）.结论 老年2型糖尿病患者的疾病防治知识水平可影响其健康行为,应该重视2型糖尿病防治知识的宣教,从而促进患者建立良好的健康行为.

Objective To understand the status of disease prevention knowledge and health behavior of elderly type 2 diabetes patients,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods A total of 251 patients were chosen for this study.A series of questionnaires,including the general information questionnaire,elderly type 2 diabetes Prevention Knowledge and Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile Ⅱ （HPLP Ⅱ） Questionnaire,were used to investigate the disease prevention knowledge and health behavior of elderly type 2 diabetes patients.The data were analyzed with SPSS 16 software.Results The general average score of disease prevention knowledge of elderly type 2 diabetes was （2.47 ± 0.40）,and belonged to middle level.The score of the dimension of ＂Compliance of medicine＂ was highest （2.95 ± 0.97）,and the score of the dimension of ＂blood glucose control in the normal range＂ was lowest in all dimensions.The general average score of health behavior was （2.06 ± 0.41）,the average score of each dimension in descending order were：social support,health responsibility,nutrition,stress management,self-realization and exercise.The ＂type 2 diabetes prevention knowledge questionnaire＂ scores and HPLP Ⅱ scores was positively correlated （r =0.548,P 〈 0.05） ; the ＂diet to control blood glucose＂,＂keep optimistic mood＂ and health behaviors scores were positively correlated （P 〈 0.05） ; the overall knowledge level of type 2 diabetes prevention knowledge questionnaire and the two dimensions of HPLP Ⅱ including the ＂Sports＂ and ＂nutrition＂ were positively correlated （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Disease prevention knowledge in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can affect their health behavior.We should pay attention to propagandizing prevention and treatment knowledge of type 2 diabetes,so as to promote the patients to set up good health behaviors.
