预见性护理对腰椎结核患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

Effect of predictive nursing on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with the lumbar tuberculosis

目的 探讨预见性护理对腰椎结核患者遵医行为和生活质量的影响.方法 将64例腰椎结核患者按完全随机法随机分为观察组和对照组各32例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予预见性护理干预,比较两组患者出院后6个月的遵医行为及生活质量.结果 观察组患者的遵医行为优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.观察组患者的生活质量躯体健康、躯体角色功能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精力、社会功能、情绪角色功能及心理健康维度评分分别为（25.3±4.8）,（5.5±0.4）,（10.5±2.2）,（21.9±5.3）,（21.0±4.7）,（7.9±0.6）,（4.2±0.9）,（26.9±5.3）分,均优于对照组的（20.7±1.9）,（4.9±0.8）,（9.2±2.5）,（15.8±5.1）,（16.9±4.3）,（7.1±1.2）,（3.3±1.0）,（21.2±7.2）分,差异均有统计学意义（t值分别为5.041,3.795,2.208,4.691,3.641,3.373,3.784,3.607;P＜0.05）.结论 对腰椎结核患者进行完善的健康教育和心理指导,并进行预见性护理对提高患者的生活质量和遵医行为具有积极的促进作用.

Objective To investigate the effect of predictive nursing on compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with the lumbar tuberculosis.Methods Sixty-four patients with lumbar tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each with 32 cases.The control group received conventional nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing.The compliance behavior and quality of life in patients were compared between the two groups six months after discharge from hospital.Results The compliance behavior of observation group was better than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）.The dimension scores of quality of life including physical health,function of physical role,bodily pain,general health,energy,social function,function of emotional role and mental health were （25.3 ± 4.8）,（5.5 ± 0.4）,（10.5 ± 2.2）,（21.9t5.3）,（21.0±4.7）,（7.9±0.6）,（4.2±0.9）,（26.9±5.3）in the observation group,and were better than （20.7 ±1.9）,（4.9±0.8）,（9.2±2.5）,（15.8±5.1）,（16.9±4.3）,（7.1 ±1.2）,（3.3±1.0）,（21.2 ± 7.2） in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant （t =5.041,3.795,2.208,4.691,3.641,3.373,3.784,3.607,respectively;P〈0.05）.Conclusions Health education,psychological guidance and predictive nursing play active role in improving compliance behavior and quality of life in patients with the lumbar tuberculosis.
