1例留置尿管致截瘫孕妇膀胱尿道阴道瘘的护理
摘要
患者，女，33岁，孕32^＋周，因“双下肢浮肿十余天，见红1d，发现血压升高1d”入院，入院查体：T37℃，P106次／min，R20次／min，BP138／97mmHg（1mmHg=0．133kPa），胎心音146次／min，双下肢水肿，肌张力为0，感觉缺失，孕妇无头痛、头晕、眼花等自觉症状，腹软，无压痛及反跳痛，无宫缩，无阴道出血；血常规：WBC10．55g／L，HB117g／L；自带留置尿管；既往史：12年前曾顺产一女婴，7年前因外伤致下肢截瘫；初步诊断为孕3产1，孕32^＋周，先兆早产；子痫前期；截瘫。
