摘要
LED作为汽车车灯光源已经开始普及化,PCB作为LED的载体,必须展开对PCB、LED以及其他驱动元器件的热分析工作并积累足够的经验数据,因为LED虽是低能耗,对周围元件的热作用很小,但是LED内部的热量密度很大,如果不进行散热,LED结点温度升高,会影响LED的性能,可能导致无法满足汽车车灯光学上的要求。本文主要讲述LED方面的CAE热量分析工作,LED不同光色的不同光输出特性,以及对不同类型的PCB,如何更好地管理和应用LED。
LEDs have been widely used as the light source in automobile lights. PCB works as LEDs' carrier, we should conduct the thermal analysis for PCB and other electronic components, and set up a data base. LED is a low energy consumption device, has no great heating effect upon the components around, but inside the LED die, the heat density is very large. If we can't transform the heat, the LED junction temperature will rise, and this will affect the characters of LEDs, and may not meet the luminous requirements for automotive lamp. This file will mainly introduce the CAE thermal analysis job about LED, different color LED's different output characters, and for different types of PCB, how we can better manage LEDs.
