自攻型与助攻型微螺钉支抗种植体在双颌前突患者中应用效果比较

Application effect on self-drilling and self-tapping microscrew implant anchorage to double jaw thrust forward patients

目的探讨自攻型与助攻型微螺钉支抗种植体在双颌前突患者中应用效果比较。方法将2009年12月至2012年12月在本院收治的双颌前突患者102例随机分为两组各51例,自攻型组给予自攻型微螺钉支抗种植体,助攻型给予助攻型微螺钉支抗种植体,对比观察6个月后两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组支抗种植体稳固性和治疗总有效率差异无显著性(P>0.05),但是,支抗种植体上颌失败率高于下颌,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论自攻型微螺钉支抗种植体与助攻型微螺钉支抗种植体在双颌前突患者应用疗效相当,支抗种植体上颌比下颌易于脱落。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of self-drilling and self-tapping microscrew implant anchorage for double jaw thrust forward patients.Method One hundred and two double jaw thrust forward patients who were treated in our hospital were divided into two groups by random number table.The self-tapping group were only given self-tapping microscrew implant anchorage,The self-drilling group were given self-drilling microscrew implant anchorag.Then the clinical efficacy was compared after six months treatment.Result Comparative observation on the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients（P＞0.05）,the failure rate of upper jaw were higher that mandibular（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of self-drilling and self-tapping microscrew implant anchorage is quite,the micmscrew implant anchorage in upper jaw were easier to drop than that in the mandibular.
