威十漂白剂治疗内源性着色牙疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨威十漂白剂用于治疗内源性着色牙的临床效果。方法收集35例共619颗内源牙,采用威十漂白剂治疗,重度患者漂白两次,比较治疗前后色阶值变化并评价其临床疗效。结果经威十漂白剂治疗后,增龄性变色牙、四环素牙、氟斑牙色阶值明显比治疗前降低(P均<0.01);增龄性变色牙、四环素牙、氟斑牙的治疗总有效率分别为91%、87%、92%,比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);重度患者第2次漂白有效率明显高于第1次漂白治疗有效率(P<0.01)。结论威十漂白剂对不同原因导致的内源性着色牙均有较好的临床效果,重度患牙进行第2次的漂白治疗,可获得明显改善。 Objective To evaluate the effect of teeth whitening by Wyl0 on intrinsic discolored teeth. Methods Thirty-five patients with 619 intrinsic discolored teeth, were treated with teeth whitening, among the patients with severe were treated for 2 times. Following teeth bleaching, the changes of teeth color were measured with Vita shade guide and the effective ratio was also evaluated. Results After tooth bleaching, the shades of age-discolored teeth, tetracycline and dental fluorosis were greatly decreased than before (P 〈0. 01 ). No statistical difference in the effective ratio of teeth bleaching was shown among different kinds of discolored teeth. Significant difference was show in the effective ratio of teeth bleaching be fore and after the second treatment ( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Teeth whitening with Wy10 is an effective and biocompatible way to treat the discolored teeth with different intrinsic reasons.
