摘要
目的:研究不同类型树脂对沙棘5-羟色胺的吸附差异,选择一种快捷、高效的分离沙棘中5-羟色胺的树脂.方法:通过HPLC-DAD法研究4种不同极性的大孔吸附树脂对沙棘5-羟色胺的吸附性能.结果:4种树脂吸附沙棘5-羟色胺时吸附性能存在差异,即D140>AB-8>DM301>PA:27.53>15.22>11.33>5.844.结论:用HPLC-DAD法能很好测定树脂提取沙棘5-羟色胺,且D140树脂吸附解吸沙棘5-HT的能力最好,可用来分离沙棘中5-HT.
Objective: To research the adsorption property of different resins for 5--HT in Sea Buck- thorn, and select a resin that fast and high--efficiency to separate 5--HT in Sea Buckthorn. Methods: A- nalysis the adsorption property of four macroporous resins for 5--HT in Sea Buckthorn by HPLC--DAD. Result: the adsorption property of four macroporous resins for 5--HT in Sea Buckthorn is D140〉AB--8 DM301〉PA:27.53〉lS.22〉11. 33〉5.844. Conclusion:It is a good way of determination to 5-- HT in Sea Buckthorn by HPLC--DAD, and the adsorption property resin of D140 better than that of others. D140 resin can separate quickly 5--HT in Sea Buckthorn.
