摘要
甘蓝型 ( B.nap us)黄籽油菜 Y2 D56个株系及 950 11、宁油 10号、HDY18- 4、H970 84个品种 (系 )的黄籽和褐籽发芽率等性状比较分析表明 ,基因型对发芽率等性状有影响 ,粒色对发芽率等性状也有影响 ,一般褐籽优于黄籽。产生这种现象的原因可能与黄籽成熟度不够 ,种皮较薄有关。因此 ,在甘蓝型油菜黄籽育种中 。
In this study,germination percentage and some traits of 6 yellow seed lines of variety Y2D5 and 4 varieties 95011,Ningyou No.10,HDY18 4 and H9708 of Brassica napus were compared,in which both yellow and brown seeds from the latter 4 varieties were used.Results showed that genotype affected germination percentage and the coat color did so either.Generally,the traits of brown seed were better than those of yellow seed.The reasons that caused the differences between the two color seeds probably resulted from incomplete maturity and from thinner coat of the yellow seed.Therefore,more attention must be paid to the characters such as full maturity,vigor and higher oil content in breeding of Brassica napus with yellow seed.
