摘要
国际R&D通过进口贸易的传导机制对我国产生技术溢出效应,而这种溢出效应的发生又依赖于国内的技术吸收能力,这一结论已得到很多研究的证实。但现有研究多仅用人力资本反映国内技术吸收能力,而忽略了国内研发支出这一重要因素对技术吸收能力的影响。用人力资本和研发支出两个因素反映技术吸收能力,实证检验了通过进口贸易导入的国际R&D对我国全要素生产率的影响,发现国际R&D显著提高了我国的全要素生产率,但在这一过程中,人力资本与国内研发支出交互作用下的技术吸收能力发挥了不可替代的作用,人力资本水平与研发支出的共同提高是促进进口贸易技术溢出效应的最佳途径。
As a conclusion supported by many previous studies, international R&D may have technology spillover effect on China through the transmission mechanism of import trade, while this effect is produced relying on the domestic technology absorptive capacity. Many existing studies, however, have used only human capital to reflect domestic technology absorptive capacity while neglecting the influence of another important factor, domestic R&D expenditure. The paper tests the influence of intemational R&D involved through China' s import trade on China's total factor productivity (TFP), finding that intemational R&D im-proves China TFP significantly with the irreplaceable role of domestic absorptive capacity. Therefore, a combining improvement of human capability and domestic R&D is the best way to promote the technology spillover effect of import trade on China.
