耐药革兰阳性球菌感染的诊治 被引量：4

摘要 近年来细菌耐药问题引起全球关注。虽然革兰阴性杆菌是目前医院感染的主要致病菌，但革兰阳性球菌引起的院内感染更是呈现出耐药程度高且治疗困难的特点。临床中较为常见的耐药革兰阳性球菌主要包括耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（MRSA）、耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌（MRCNS）、万古霉素耐药的肠球菌（VRE）、耐青霉素肺炎链球菌（PRSP）等。
