摘要
以在吉林通化采集的次生种源的刺槐种子为材料,观测其在不同温度条件下的种子发芽性状值,结果表明:在20℃、25℃、30℃条件下平均发芽率分别为63%、69%、77%(2007年种子)和66%、70%、81%(2010年种子);种子完成发芽所需要的时间分别为10d、8d和8d;平均苗高分别为4.8cm、5.2cm、5.6cm,绝大多数幼苗长出初生叶,符合检验标准。最适发芽温度为25℃-30℃,种子在8d时间里即可完成发芽全过程,幼苗形态结构完整,符合标准规定的检验标准。
Rosina pseudoacacia Linn. seeds were taken as materials to observe the seed germination traits in different temperature conditions in Tonghua , the results showed that the average germination rate respectively were 63% ,69% ,77% in 2007 and 66% ,70% ,81% in 2010 at 20 ℃, 25 ℃ and 30 ℃. The average height of seeds were 4.8 cm,5.2 cm,5.6 cm , respectively, most of the seeds grown primary leaves, were conform to the inspection standards. The optimum temperature of germination was 25℃ - 30℃, seeds could complete the whole process of germination in 8 d, morphological structure of seedlings were complete, and conform to the in-spection standard.
