2009—2011年上海市黄浦区中心医院中药注射剂应用分析

Utilization of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections in Shanghai Huangpu District Central Hospital During 2009-2011

目的:了解我院中药注射剂的临床使用情况,探讨中药注射剂的合理使用问题,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2009—2011年我院住院患者使用中药注射剂的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行分析。结果:我院中药注射剂中祛瘀类和抗肿瘤药销售金额和DDDs排序均居前列,符合我院老年患者心血管疾病多发和乳腺特色专科乳腺肿瘤居多的特点。结论:我院临床中药注射剂使用基本合理,但部分药品销售金额与DDDs同步性差,临床使用时应重视中药注射剂的使用剂量,合理使用中药注射剂。

OBJECTIVE：To analyze the status quo of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections and discuss the rational use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections so as to provide references for clinical rational use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections. METHODS ： The utilization of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital from 2009 to 2011 was analyzed statistically with regard to consumption sum, DDDs and defined daily cost （DDC）. RESULTS： From 2009 to 2011, the Traditional Chinese medicine injections for removing blood stasis and the anti-tumor Traditional Chinese medicine injections have been ranked among the top in both consumption sum and DDI）s, which was in line with the characteristics of high incidence of cardiovascular disease in elderly patients and high proportion of breast cancer encountered in Special Department for Mammary Gland in our hospital. CONCLUSION： The clinical application of Traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital was rational on the whole, however, some drugs showed poor synchronization between consumption sum and DDDs. Great importance should be attached to the administration dosage of Traditional Chinese medicine injections so as to achieve rational use of Traditional Chinese medicine injections.
