2010—2012年航天中心医院病区麻醉药品和一类精神药品应用分析

Utilization of Narcotic Drugs and Class I Psychotropic Substances in Aerospace Central Hospital During 2010-2012

目的:了解我院病区麻醉药品和一类精神药品的临床应用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,对2010—2012年我院病区麻醉药品和一类精神药品的应用品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:与2010年相比,2011年和2012年我院病区麻醉药品和一类精神药品销售金额分别增长了6.4%和27%。盐酸哌替啶注射液、芬太尼注射液(0.5 mg)和磷酸可待因片的销售金额和DDDs呈现负增长,舒芬太尼注射液、注射用盐酸瑞芬太尼和芬太尼透皮贴剂的销售金额和DDDs呈逐年增长趋势。结论:我院病区麻醉药品和一类精神药品的使用基本合理,药品管理符合有关规定。

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the status quo and the development tendency of clinical utilization of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital for reference of clinical rational use drugs. METHODS ： Using the analytical method of the defined daily dose （DDD） recommended by WHO, the utilization of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital during 2010-2012 were analyzed statistically in respect of number of drug varieties, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC etc. RESULTS： Compared with 2010, the consumption of the narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital increased by 6. 4% in 2011 and 27% in 2012. The consumption sum and DDDs of Pethidine injection, Fentanyl injection （0. 5 mg） and Codeine tablets witnessed negative growth, while the consumption sum and DDDs of Sufentanil and Remifentanil injection, Fentanyl transdermal patches increased year by year. CONCLUSION： The utilization of narcotic drugs and class I psychotropic substances in our hospital was rational on the whole and the drug control is in line with the related regulations.
