祛风止痛丸药效学实验研究

Experimental Study on Pharmacodynamics of Qufengzhitong Pills

目的 :研究祛风止痛丸的药理作用,为临床安全用药提供药效学实验依据。方法 :采用微晶尿酸钠(MSU)诱导的大鼠足跖肿胀和兔急性关节炎模型,乙酸(HAc)诱导的小鼠炎症模型和次黄嘌呤诱导的小鼠高尿酸血症模型,观察祛风止痛丸的镇痛、抗炎及对实验性痛风模型的作用。结果:祛风止痛丸对大鼠足跖肿胀、兔急性关节炎模型均有明显的抑制作用;小鼠扭体反应明显减少;小鼠血尿酸含量明显降低。结论:祛风止痛丸有明显的抗炎、镇痛和降低血尿酸的作用,对实验性痛风模型有明显的防治作用。

Objective： To study the pharmacological action of qufengzhitong pills so as to provide a experimental evidence of pharmacodynamics for the clinical safety medication . Methods： Rat model of feet-engorgement and rabbit model of acute arthritis both induced by monosodium urate （ MSU ） , and mice inflammatory model and hyperuricemia model induced by HAc and hypoxanthine respectively were used to observe the effects of qufengzhitong pills on reliev-ing pain , antiinflammation and the experimental gout model . Results： Qufengzhitong pills showed obvious inhibition effects on rat feet-engorgement and rabbit acute arthritis models , and the mice writhing response and blood uric acid levels in mice significantly reduced . Conclusion：Qufengzhitong pills showed obvious antiinflammation and analgesic action and can decrease blood uric acid levels , and have a potent protection and curative effect on experimental gout model .
