摘要 目的:应用数据挖掘法找寻中药处方药物组成的规律,合理调整药斗摆放。方法:对我院门诊中药房处方进行抽样,建立数据库并进行药物关联分析。结果:使用频数较大、关联度较大的药物依次为甘草、黄芩、玄参等;分别考察与使用频数居前30味中药有强关联的中药,合计41味中药。结论:对药斗摆放进行合理规划,使强关联的中药摆放在合适区域,可加快调配速度,提高劳动效率。 Objective:To explore the drug composition regularity of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine using data mining method and adjust the medicine bucket placement. Methods:The outpatient prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicines in dispensary of our hospital were sampled,upon which a database was established and the drug correlations were analyzed. Results: The drugs used with higher frequency and drug correlations were radix glycyrrhizae,radix scutellariae and radix scrophulariae,etc. The traditional Chinese medicines having strong drug correlations with the top 30 traditional Chinese medicines in frequent use were investigated respectively. There were total 41 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines. Conclusion: The medicine bucket placement should be designed by reasonable planning and the traditional Chinese medicines with strong drug correlations should be placed in an appropriate area so that the drug dispensing and labor efficiency can be improved.
